Studio Policies

Schedule

• Summer lessons will take place June 1st-July 31st.

• Lessons are available Mondays, and Wednesdays-Fridays.

• The week of July 14th will be taken off for travel.

Tuition and Payment

• 30 minute lessons are $88 per month for 4 lessons.

• You may notify me of dates you need to take off from lessons for travel, and price will be adjusted accordingly. Students must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 lessons.

• Tuition payments are due the 1st of the month. If payment is more than 5 days late, you will incur a $10 late fee.

• Payments may be made via check, Venmo, or bank transfer.

Missed Lessons

• Registration for lessons guaruntees a time slot in the studio. Students who miss lessons lose the benefit of their time slot. Thus any lessons missed or canceled once lessons are scheduled and charged will not be eligible for refunds or credits. In the case of illness, I will offer a make-up lesson one week after the semester ends, as needed. 

• If I need to miss a lesson, I will let you know in advance and offer a make-up lesson or refund.

Practice Expectations

• In order for students to progress in musicianship, they need to set a regular practice habit 5 days a week. Please work with your child(ren) to establish a daily routine for practicing that fits in with their other activities and commitments. I will also give guidance to you and your children in establishing practice habits, and provide teacher notes to guide their daily practice.
